How much does my laundry weigh?
We can’t answer that until they are actually weighed!
A tip we always share is grab your laundry and step on your scale. Subtract your weight before you held the laundry. Then multiple the weight of your laundry by 1.25 for your rough estimate. This is the simplest solution until we get to it professionally.
When does my laundry get returned?
Eventually!
What services do you offer?
Our basic service is wash & fold. This includes wet-washing garments and drying in a dryer or air-drying. In addition to wash & fold, we also offer stain treatment.
Do I need to bring my own detergent?
No! We have our own products that are used. If you have specific detergents/softeners please let us know!
I have allergies. Do you offer allergen free products?
Yes! We have an allergen safe detergent and we use wool balls in the dryers.
What do I do, I don’t have a laundry basket?
Bring your items in any bag. A kitchen trash bag, a construction black bag, it doesn’t matter!
How & When do I pay for service?
Drop-offs are paid at store prior to service
Deliveries require a credit card to schedule service.
Can you wash my bedding?
Yes we can! Please check out our pricing for various items.
Can you wash my pet's bedding?
Yes, although we do require you to take apart and reassemble the bedding.
Are my clothes washed with other individuals?
NO! Never, nope, won’t ever happen. Your laundry will stay with YOUR laundry. We never mix individuals’ items. No questions asked.
Delivery Service
How do I find out if my area is covered?
Our address is 405 W 8th Avenue West Homestead 15120, if you are within 20 miles delivery/pick-up is $15 if outside our radius additional fees will apply.
First pick up, what should I put my laundry in?
For the initial pick up your items can be placed in a basket or bag of your choice.
For (small fee) We'll include a Changin Time nylon bag with your returned laundry to use for all pick-ups that follow (if applicable). Please indicate all items that require any special processing i.e. delicate wash cycle, air dry, stain treatment, etc.
What if I miss my pickup/drop-off time?
If you miss your pick-up or drop off time frame, a missed pick-up or missed drop off fee will be assessed. Avoid these additional fees by notifying and rescheduling your pick-up/ drop off at least 2 hours before your scheduled time. Please note: if you have pre-paid for service, you will incur a $15 delivery fee for missed pick-ups.
What happens if I leave personal items in my pockets?
We ask that you ensure all items have been removed from your pockets prior to pick-up. In the event that we do find items in your pockets, we will return them inside a sealed bag along with your laundry. Please note: we are not responsible for any damage that occurred to the item(s).

We accept all major credit cards (visa, mastercard, american express, discover) and cash. We do not accept checks.

Is there a charge for the laundry bag?
Recurring clients are provided with a reusable nylon Changin Time bag at a charge of $10.00/bag. First bag is free. This charge will appear on your initial service invoice or at any time you request a new/replacement bag Note: This fee only applies to accounts with as-needed or recurring frequency and does NOT apply to one-time service clients. If you are needing service only one or two times you will place your items in clear plastic bags.
